CT wor for Crazy Diamond Plus Freebie

This time I got a chance to work with a fun Halloween kit Crazy Diamond's Haunted House. This was a fun kit to work with. I recolored one of the tomb stones for using to do my own journaling and it may show up as an add on so make sure you check out Crazy Diamond's blog. I've also created some Quick Pages for you as well. My layouts feature last year's Trick or Treating with Times New Roman for the font.

MSS CT Work - Sir Scrapalot - Funky Monkey

This month I have the privilege of working with a really fun kit. The kit Funky Monkey has lots of great and fun elements. To find it at My Scrap Shop just click on the kit's image. This kit is great for a trip to the zoo, eating banana splits, or just the fun that kids can get into. Both of my layouts reflect this later theme. Kids being kids.

The first layout features my children and one of their friends building pyramids and having fun. The font is Lithos Pro. I had a lot of fun using the monkey element to build a monkey pyramid. I resized them to reflect the different sizes of the real "monkeys".

The second layout features my youngest practicing to be a climbing monkey.

Comment Record

Well after posting things on several galleries for the past several months I've finally had a layout that has more than 2 comments. This layout was from my trip to the Twin Cities. Its about our breakfast at the famous Al's Breakfast Diner. I had seen the diner on Diners, Dives, and Drive-Ins on the Food Network and was excited to eat there for real.
The kit is from Go Digital's Helen Ehrenhofer's Mom's Diner plus some of the add-ons. The font is Lucida Handwriting.
